Saviour of All Fellowship
August 2000
Dear Friends in Faith,
August 4-6 and October 6-8 are the dates for the two annual Fellowships in Baldwin, Michigan. Our theme this year is based on 2 Corinthians 5:17, “Lo! there has come new!” We hope you can join us at one or both of these conferences.
Don’t forget also that the September Fellowship will be held on Saturday September 16 in Almont, rather than September 2 in Grand Rapids as previously announced.
On September 5, Tony will be headed to England! Andrew Maclarty, who is the editor of Grace and Truth magazine has invited him and arranged for his airfare. Tony is certainly looking forward to this visit and time of fellowship with fellow believers there.
In this connection we are preparing a gift from the Saviour of All Fellowship for Tony to take to the brethren associated with Grace and Truth. Anyone wishing to contribute to this gift may do so by a donation to Saviour of All Fellowship, with a note designating it for this purpose.

A WORD FROM TONY:
Something I have been thinking about lately is the how it is when we are young we seem to have a very narrow vision of things. Maturity often brings a broadening of perspectives. Thus it seems often to be the case with believers. Rare is the young believer whose understanding is broadened. For instance, when looking at Philippians 2:5-11 most new believers seldom see the overall picture of this passage. Almost without exception they see verse 6 and don’t see what Paul is really getting at. Then as we continue to mature, and, if given the grace we see more of the outcome of Christ’s disposition and God exalting Christ which is of supreme importance to God! Then as we mature into adults we also see that this passage is about disposition too. “For let this disposition be in you, which is in Christ Jesus also, . . . .” One need not go far to see just what that disposition is: Christ emptying Himself, taking the form of a slave, humbling Himself, becoming obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. And the wonderful thing is that Christ didn’t just do this for the lovely and those who are nice but He did it for enemies and sinners and blasphemers. He in fact did this for all mankind. May we also have this same disposition which was also IS IN Christ Jesus.

WORD FROM DEAN:
For the last couple years Tony and I have been preparing this newsletter together. He already, for several years, has been handling the details of keeping up the address list, photocopying and mailing the letters, and this has been a great relief to me. Not knowing what God has in view for this ministry, I mention these things to let you know the present situation and our hopes for continuing this little effort in support of a big revelation from God’s Word: We rely on the living God Who is the Saviour of all mankind, especially of believers.
In 1994 we issued a reprint of the early 18th Century treatise by Jeremiah White entitled, “The Restoration of All Things.” This has been out of stock now for some time, but our printer recently found a small supply of these which we now offer on a first come first serve basis ($10.00, one per order).

In God’s Grace and Peace,

Dean Hough and Tony Nungesser
